Why we started

SUHAE started with a simple question: what reaches your skin and hair every time you shower? We make shower filters that combine vitamin C filtration, practical cartridge care and considered Korean design for Australian bathrooms.

Lifetime warranty on the hardware

SUHAE shower hardware is covered for as long as you own it, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What it covers

The warranty covers eligible shower hardware. Replaceable cartridges are consumable items and are not included. A Vita Refill typically lasts two to three months, depending on household shower use. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

Not detected at each test interval from 1,000 to 6,000 litres under the published conditions.

Test conditions

The Aromica Vita C filter was tested using the Korean Official Test Method for Drinking Water at 1.5 kgf/cm² and 18 to 19°C. The certificate records the result at sample points across the stated volume range.

Filter media

The test recorded a 99.9% reduction in E. coli and S. aureus on the ceramic media after 24 hours of static contact. The result applies to the media itself, not outgoing shower water.
