How it was tested, and what the result covers
Korean Official Test Method for Drinking Water, at 1.5 kgf per square centimetre and 18 to 19 degrees. Sample: the Aromica Vita C filter. Chlorine read as not detected at every interval from 1,000 litres through to 6,000.
That is a result on the media, not on this product.
Not detected is a detection-limit statement rather than a claim of zero. The result sits outside the institute's own accredited scope, so we do not describe it as accredited or certified. It is a drinking-water method, so it does not speak to shower temperature or to chloramine.

Does it change my shower spray?
Universal installs behind a compatible showerhead, so the existing spray plate remains unchanged. Actual flow and pressure still depend on your household supply and showerhead.
What is the difference between Universal and the Suhae shower heads?
Radiance and Nourish are filtered handshowers, Aura is a filtered rainshower panel, and Universal adds filtration behind a compatible showerhead you already own.
What does the antibacterial test on the media mean?
The ceramic media test recorded a 99.9% reduction in E. coli and S. aureus after 24 hours of static contact. The result applies to the media itself, not outgoing shower water.
