Answers to common questions
Will it fit my shower?
Radiance and Universal fit many common threaded fixed-arm setups. Nourish connects to a compatible handshower hose. Send us a photo on WhatsApp if you are unsure.
Aura is a rainshower panel, so its installation depends on your existing outlet. We can confirm compatibility before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within two to three business days. Delivery then usually takes five to ten business days. Shipping is free within Australia on orders of AUD $100 or more.
What does the warranty cover?
SUHAE shower hardware carries a lifetime warranty in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Replaceable cartridges are consumable items and are not covered. A Vita Refill lasts two to three months, depending on household shower use.
Which one should I buy?
Choose Radiance for the complete flagship handshower, with Purea Core, Vitae Infusion and the Aera Flow spray plate in one product.
Choose Nourish for the same core filtration and spray technology in a streamlined chrome finish, Universal to keep your existing showerhead, or Aura for a compatible rainshower installation. Vita Refill is the replacement cartridge for Radiance, Nourish and Aura.
